Hanging from the ceiling....

Today was the Christmas Party for the elementary school children.

And I don't know about the rest of the school

but we were hanging from the ceiling in Kindergarten.

Not literally, but definitely figuratively.

The frenzy in the air was tangible.

We have spent the last 2 weeks talking about, writing about, reading about and crafting about Santa and the Gingerbread Man and Mr. Grinch and Christmas trees and presents and of course, reindeer and elves.....

and today was the Grand Finale....the P.A.R.T.Y. Whew.

We all need the 2 1/2 week break to come down off the high.
