The fireworks and light show on July 4th....

We watched fireworks on the grounds of our church, Faithbridge, in Spring, Texas. They estimated about 4,500 people were there. Here we are before the show....



The fireworks were great....imagine this times 1000...constantly going off for at least 15 minutes.



But the best light show of all was the sunset provided by God...

    I agree, the sunset is the best and sure can't be bought. I always say it's my dad smiling down to me when we get suns like that. I have my reasons for "knowing" it's him. Thanks so much for sharing. Hugs, your old, old (though still acting like we did behind the bowling alley)friend and fan

    Hi There!! Just happened upon your blog and I can't believe it... I live in Cypress, Texas too!! I live in Fairfield. What subdivision are you in? I enjoyed reading through your posts. Just lovin' your fun blog. I've met so many neat blog buddies... but they are all in the San Antonio area or out of state.     I promise I'm not a blog stalker... but I'm cracking up!! We even have dogs that look alike. You'll see my little Rita on the latest post on my blog. SHe makes an appearance in the slideshow. :)

    We adopted her after Hurricane Rita. We think she is a schnoodle. She was found wet, matted and hungry right off of 290 near the Fairfield entrance a few days after the evacuation traffic nightmare. Can hardly remember what life was like without her. :) ~Jill
